Samir’s Tech Consulting, operated by Samir Patel, collects information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver technology services.

Information we collect

When you submit a Snapchat lead form, website consultation form, or chat message, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any other information you choose to provide.

Our website also collects browser identifiers, campaign information, page activity, clicks, scrolling, approximate visit duration, recent tab-visibility reports used to estimate whether a visitor is online, and basic browser/device details: browser family, operating-system family, estimated device category, and screen and browser-window dimensions in CSS pixels. Samir may start a chat to offer assistance while you browse; messages can appear in the website chat even if you have not sent one first. We do not store the full browser user-agent string or collect hardware fingerprints for these device details. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through inquiry forms or chat.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your request by email, phone, or text.
• Discuss your project, prepare a quote, and provide requested services.
• Maintain inquiry and customer communications.
• Understand website and advertising performance and protect our services.

Service providers and Snapchat

Information may be processed by providers that support our website hosting, communications, and business operations, including SiteMills. Information submitted through Snapchat is also processed under Snapchat’s Privacy Policy.

On eligible Snapchat-tagged website visits, we use Snap Pixel. Snap and its affiliates may collect or receive information through cookies and similar technologies for advertising measurement and targeting. Our pixel event code does not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, or message contents to Snapchat. Call and text events indicate button clicks, not completed conversations.

We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, or safety.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop following up or request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by contacting [email protected]. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any necessary recordkeeping.

For eligible Snapchat-tagged website visits, use Advertising privacy in the website footer to turn off Snap Pixel measurement. Our implementation also honors supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. This does not erase information previously collected or disable separate website analytics.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and customer information as needed for the purposes described above and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Website activity records are configured for 30-day retention; pixel diagnostic records for seven days. These periods do not apply to inquiry records or Snapchat’s own records.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
